• 5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source), Finance Act 2020 has inserted a new sub-section (1G) in TCS (Tax Collected at Source) under Section 206C of the Income Tax Act, 1961 to collect tax out of foreign remittance transactions under Liberalized Remittance Scheme [LRS] as well as amount received from buyer by a seller for sale of an ‘Overseas Tour Program Package’ w.e.f. October 1, 2020. 1. Eligibility & Check-in:
   • Child: below 11 years; 11 years and above considered adult.
   • Hotel check-in at 1500 hrs, check-out at 1100 hrs. Standard rooms on twin-sharing basis; third bed is a rollaway/mattress.
2. Visa & Passport:
   • Visa approval is at the discretion of the concerned Consulate/Embassy.
   • Visa and ticket fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
   • Passports must have 6-month validity beyond the return date with at least four blank pages.
   • Passengers are responsible for verifying visa accuracy and carrying all required documents.
   • Loss of passport abroad must be handled by the guest at their own expense.
3. Airlines & Travel:
   • Once tickets are issued, penalties apply for any changes.
   • Missed flights are treated as No Show, and passengers must purchase new tickets.
   • Airlines may alter schedules, seating, or services beyond our control.
   • For internal flights, meals may be replaced with packed or airport meals due to timing.
4. Tour Operations:
   • Tour cost based on a minimum of 30 passengers. Price may change if group size reduces.
   • The rate quoted is based on 1 USD @ 88 Rupees, and the fluctuation in the exchange rate will be reflected in the total tour cost
   • The company reserves the right to alter itineraries, hotels, or services due to operational reasons.
   • In unavoidable situations (e.g. strikes, weather, calamities), no refund or compensation is applicable.
   • Force majeure cancellations will be credited as a future travel credit (credit shell) after deducting unrecoverable expenses.
5. Hotels & Accommodation:
   • Hotels subject to availability; alternate hotels may be provided.
   • Single travellers may share a twin/triple room or pay a single supplement.
   • Security deposits at hotels (cash/credit card) are refundable directly by the hotel.
   • The company is not responsible for hotel charges for incidentals, minibar, or damages.
6. Payments & Cancellation:
   • Advance booking amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.
   • Full payment must be completed at least 15 days before travel; failure may result in cancellation and forfeiture.
   • Cancellation charges apply as per company policy; telephonic cancellations are not accepted.
   • Refunds (if applicable) will exclude non-recoverable costs; no refund for unused services or no-shows.
   • Cheque payments are not accepted within 15 days of departure.
   • More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charges if airline, visa, and other payments have not been made; advance payment can be carried forward.
7. Liability:
   • The company acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transport providers.
   • It is not liable for delays, loss, injury, accident, natural calamity, war, or any third-party failure.
   • Compensation or refunds will not be provided for circumstances beyond control.
8. Insurance:
   • Claims must be made directly with the insurance company; the company has no influence over settlement.
   • Incidents must be reported within 24 hours to be eligible for a claim.
9. Conduct & Responsibility:
   • Guests must maintain proper decorum; misbehaviour may lead to tour termination without refund.
   • Passengers must be medically fit; denied boarding due to health or document issues is non-refundable.
   • Walking to sightseeing areas is part of the tour; physical fitness is required.
10. Jurisdiction:
    • All disputes are subject to Ernakulam jurisdiction.

• Bookings can be made via email or phone with the required details.
• Payment of the first instalment implies acceptance of all terms & conditions.
• The person making the booking accepts the terms on behalf of all co-travellers.
