Your journey to Vietnam begins at Cochin International Airport, where all guests gather under the guidance of the Tour Leader. Once the group is assembled, you proceed together for check-in, immigration formalities, and security clearance. Arrive at Da Nang International Airport, where a warm welcome from the local Vietnamese guide awaits you. After immigration and baggage collection, the group is transferred to restaurant for lunch. Following lunch, proceed to the hotel for check-in and enjoy a short rest before your first cultural experience in Central Vietnam.
In the afternoon, you begin with a visit to the Marble Mountains, a cluster of dramatic limestone and marble hills representing the five natural elements. Here, you explore Am Phu Cave, also known as Hell Cave, which presents symbolic Buddhist depictions of karma and spiritual redemption through unique sculptures and atmospheric lighting. Afterward, visit ancient pagodas, traditional stone-carving workshops, and enjoy elevated views of Da Nang from scenic viewpoints.
Later, continue to the charming Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its preserved architecture and romantic lantern-lit streets. Stroll past traditional houses, Chinese assembly halls, vibrant handicraft shops, and the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, soaking in the old-world charm of this riverside town. After breakfast at the hotel, meet your guide and depart for the spectacular mountain resort of Ba Na Hills, one of Vietnam’s most popular attractions. Your adventure starts with an unforgettable ride on the Guinness World Record–winning cable car, offering breathtaking views of forests, waterfalls, and mist-covered mountain peaks.
Your first stop is Le Jardin D’Amour, a collection of beautiful themed gardens surrounded by remnants of French-era villas. Also visit Linh Ung Pagoda, home to a serene 27-meter tall Buddha statue gazing over the valley. Continuing by cable car to the mountaintop at nearly 1,500 meters, enjoy the cool mountain atmosphere and sweeping views over Da Nang and its coastline.
Explore nature paths that lead to picturesque locations such as Dreaming Stream, Rainbow Waterfall, and the Suspension Bridge. The highlight of the day is undoubtedly the famous Golden Bridge, supported by two enormous stone-like hands emerging from the mountains. This extraordinary structure provides a surreal setting for photography and a memorable walking experience above the clouds. Enjoy breakfast before being transferred to Da Nang Airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, meet your local guide and begin your journey to the historic Cu Chi Tunnels, located approximately two hours from the city. After lunch, explore this remarkable underground network that played a vital role during the Vietnam War. Begin with a short documentary, then walk through forested grounds where hidden trapdoors, bunkers, weapons workshops, and preserved war relics help you understand the ingenuity and hardships of wartime life. Those who wish may crawl through a short portion of the original tunnels for a firsthand experience.
Return to Ho Chi Minh City and continue with an evening orientation tour. Visit the Notre-Dame Cathedral (currently under renovation), followed by the beautifully preserved Central Post Office, a classic French-colonial structure designed by Gustave Eiffel. Afterwards, enjoy the lively atmosphere of Nguyen Hue Walking Street, filled with lights, music, and modern cafés. Spend some time shopping at Saigon Centre and Takashimaya, offering a mix of international and local brands. Enjoy dinner before checking in at the hotel.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility & Check-in:
o Child: below 11 years; 11 years and above considered adult.
o Hotel check-in at 1500 hrs, check-out at 1100 hrs. Standard rooms on twin-sharing basis; third bed is rollaway/mattress.
2. Visa & Passport:
o Visa approval is at the discretion of the concerned Consulate/Embassy.
o Visa and ticket fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
o Passports must have 6-month validity beyond return date with at least four blank pages.
o Passengers are responsible for verifying visa accuracy and carrying all required documents.
o Loss of passport abroad must be handled by the guest at their own expense.
3. Airlines & Travel:
o Once tickets are issued, penalties apply for any changes.
o Missed flights are treated as No Show, and passengers must purchase new tickets.
o Airlines may alter schedules, seating, or services beyond our control.
o For internal flights, meals may be replaced with packed or airport meals due to timing.
4. Tour Operations:
o Tour cost based on a minimum of 30 passengers. Price may change if group size reduces.
o The rate quoted is based on 1 USD @ 88 Rupees and the fluctuation in the exchange rate will be reflected in the total tour cost
o Company reserves the right to alter itineraries, hotels, or services due to operational reasons.
o In unavoidable situations (e.g. strikes, weather, calamities), no refund or compensation is applicable.
o Force majeure cancellations will be credited as future travel credit (credit shell) after deducting unrecoverable expenses.
5. Hotels & Accommodation:
o Hotels subject to availability; alternate hotels may be provided.
o Single travelers may share a twin/triple room or pay a single supplement.
o Security deposits at hotels (cash/credit card) are refundable directly by the hotel.
o The company is not responsible for hotel charges for incidentals, minibar, or damages.
6. Payments & Cancellation:
o Advance booking amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.
o Full payment must be completed at least 15 days before travel; failure may result in cancellation and forfeiture.
o Cancellation charges apply as per company policy; telephonic cancellations are not accepted.
o Refunds (if applicable) will exclude non-recoverable costs; no refund for unused services or no-shows.
o Cheque payments are not accepted within 15 days of departure.
o More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charges if airline, visa, and other payments have not been made; advance payment can be carried forward.
7. Liability:
o The company acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transport providers.
o It is not liable for delays, loss, injury, accident, natural calamity, war, or any third-party failure.
o Compensation or refunds will not be provided for circumstances beyond control.
8. Insurance:
o Claims must be made directly with the insurance company; the company has no influence over settlement.
o Incidents must be reported within 24 hours to be eligible for a claim.
9. Conduct & Responsibility:
o Guests must maintain proper decorum; misbehavior may lead to tour termination without refund.
o Passengers must be medically fit; denied boarding due to health or document issues is non-refundable.
o Walking to sightseeing areas is part of the tour; physical fitness is required.
10. Jurisdiction:
• All disputes are subject to Ernakulam jurisdiction.
