1. Eligibility & Check-in:
o Child: Children below 1l years are considered children; 11 years and above are considered adults.
o Check-in at 15:00 hrs and check-out at 11:00 hrs. Rooms are on a twin-sharing basis. Extra bed, if provided, will be a rollaway bed or mattress.
2. Visa & Passport:
o All passengers must carry valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID).
o It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure correctness of names and travel details at the time of booking.
o The company is not responsible for denied boarding due to incorrect or insufficient documentation.
3. Airlines & Travel:
o Once air tickets are issued, amendment or cancellation charges will apply as per airline rules.
o Missed flights will be treated as No Show; new tickets must be purchased at the passenger’s own cost.
o Airlines reserve the right to change flight timings, seat allocation, or services beyond our control.
o Meals on internal flights, if included, are subject to airline policy and flight timing.
4.Tour Operations:
o Tour cost is based on a minimum of 30 passengers; prices may change if the group size reduces.
o The company reserves the right to amend the itinerary, sightseeing, hotels, or services due to operational or local conditions.
o In case of unavoidable circumstances such as strikes, weather conditions, natural calamities, political disturbances, or flight delays, no refund or compensation will be provided for missed services.
o Any additional expenses arising due to such situations shall be borne by the guest.
5. Hotels & Accommodation:
o Hotels are subject to availability; similar category hotels may be provided if required.
o Single travellers may be required to share a triple room or pay a single occupancy supplement.
o Security deposits at hotels (cash/credit card), if required, are refundable directly by the hotel.
o The company is not responsible for personal expenses such as minibar usage, room service, or damages.
6. Payments & Cancellation:
o Booking advance is non-refundable under all circumstances.
o Full payment must be completed at least 15 days prior to departure; failure may resultin cancellation without refund.
o Cancellation charges apply as per company policy; cancellations must be submitted in writing (email only).
o No refund will be provided for unused services or no-show cases.

Liability:
o The company acts only as a tour operator and coordinator for airlines, hotels, transporters, and service providers.
o The company shall not be liable for
delays, injuries, accidents, loss of belongings, natural calamities, or any act beyond its control.
o No compensation or refund will be given for events
arising due to force majeure conditions.
8. Insurance:
o Travel insurance is recommended but not mandatory for domestic tours. o Any claims must be made directly with the insurance provider
o The company does not influence or guarantee claim settlements.
9. Conduct & Responsibility:
Guests are expected to maintain proper conduct during the tour; misbehavior may lead to tour termination without refund.
o Passengers must be medically fit to travel; denied boarding due to health issues will be non-refundable.
o Walking and mild physical activity are part of sightseeing; guests
should assess their fitness before booking.
o Elderly passengers are advised to travel with a companion.
10. Jurisdiction:
o All disputes are subject to Ernakulam jurisdiction.
BOOKING TERMS:
o Bookings can be made via email or phone with the required details.
o Payment of the first instaliment implies acceptance of all terms & conditions.
o The person making the booking accepts the terms on behalf of all co-travelers.
